چکیده

ABSTRACT: This research aims to prepare microemulsion from Tea Tree and Rosemary essential oil treat gram-positive gram-negative bacterial infections. A phase titration has been used make the proposed microemulsion, which contained 71% water, 23% of a 1:1 mixture propylene glycol (surfactant), tween 80 (co-surfactant), 6% tea tree/rosemary oil. In pale yellowish transparent droplet size, zeta potential, polydispersity index (PDI) 58.9, 883.6, 0.678, respectively, showed stable microemulsion. tree loaded in light, clear with values 265.9, 746.8, 0.987, indicated The RMO/TTO micro emulsion's viscosity was 1.844/1.933 cps, its pH ranged 4.69 5.59. formulation determined be safe, reliable, effective one light good stability experiments. Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans can all treated using that contains rosemary by agar well diffusion method. Both EOs-based more zone inhibition against coli while aureus is less susceptible inhibition. formulation's minimum inhibitory concentration albicans, E. on physiological parameters. It concluded TTO/RMO oil-loaded considered promising substitute for current regimens.
